Kirk currently serves on several Boards including CHI St. Luke's Hospital, The Woodlands. When not working he enjoys playing guitar, sailing and golfing. Kirk resides in The Woodlands, TX and has been married to his wife Vikki for over twenty years. Together they have been blessed with three children.

Steve is Co-Founder and Principal of Valorem Insurance Group. He has over 30 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, in a variety of technical, operational, and managerial leadership roles that spanned three countries and several states. After retiring from full time oil industry work, Steve consulted with a variety of individuals, businesses and non-profits before recently starting Valorem Insurance. Steve and his wife Natalie enjoy spending time with the families of their two grown children and four grandchildren!

Eddie holds a Bachelors Degree from Stephen F. Austin University. Eddie has extensive experience in the energy and marine industries

Tracie is a healthcare veteran with over a decade of experience. She is an avid entrepreneur and has owned several small businesses, making her uniquely qualified to assist small groups and individuals with their insurance needs.

Natalie Teltow
Natalie holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Houston and has over 20 years of experience in employee benefits, specializing in voluntary supplemental insurance. She stays busy with her husband and three young sons but also loves running, cooking, reading, and volunteering at church and school.

Mike grew up in a military family and had four high schools across the US. Texas is home now. He has been in health insurance since 1997, and owns Open Door Benefits, a brokerage in Conroe, TX. He serves individuals, families, and businesses up to 5000 employees. Outside of work, he keeps busy with his wife Jennifer and their four children.
